Do I need to break walls or rewire the whole house?

In most cases, no. The controllers are small and fit behind your existing switches. On our first call we'll check what works for your home.

I already have smart devices and apps. What happens to them?

We connect what you already have into one system, so you control the whole home from one place.

Which system runs the home, and why that one?

An open smart-home platform that runs on a small computer inside your home. It works with many manufacturers, so you're never locked into a single brand.

What does AI add to a smart home?

You run and manage your home in plain language through the built-in AI: it creates automations, detects people and a crying baby on your cameras, and sends smart alerts that tell a person from a pet or random motion. What fits your home is decided together on the call.

Does the AI protect my privacy?

Yes. All our AI features run locally inside your home, with no cloud. Video and audio never leave the house.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Everything running in the house keeps working. Only control from outside the home waits until the internet is back.

Is there a monthly fee?

The system runs in your home. Remote access and ongoing support are managed by us for a monthly fee, which is listed up front in your quote.

Who does the installation?

We design and program the system, and the installation is done together with a licensed electrician.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your home and what you want to connect. The intro call and price estimate are free, and then you get a clear, detailed quote.

Do you also install networking and low-voltage cabling?

Yes. Networking, Wi-Fi, low-voltage systems and data points, for homes and small offices.

Where are you based?

We're based in Ramat Gan and work across central Israel and nationwide. Tell us where your home is and we'll figure it out together.

Can you upgrade the alarm system I already have?

Usually, yes. In most cases we can keep your existing alarm panel and sensors and connect them to our smart system, depending on the model. Your alarm keeps working, and on top of it you get smart phone alerts with a photo, alerts by zone, and scheduled arming. We check the model and the condition of the system on the intro call, before promising anything.

Do you also work with offices?

Yes. We also install in offices and small businesses: entrance cameras with people detection, alerts when a door or safe opens outside business hours, network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, and secure remote access. We maintain the system too: scheduled updates with a backup before every update, and an alert when something stops responding.

How do I get alerts?

Straight to your phone, through the app. When a camera detects a person or a sensor is triggered, you get an alert with a camera snapshot, and you can act right from the alert: mute for an hour, trigger a panic alert, or call. We set up together what matters to you, so you're not flooded with notifications.
