Privacy Policy

We at MyHomeAI (Tom Communications & Smart Home, Ramat Gan) install smart homes, and your privacy matters to us, both on the site and at home. This page explains in plain terms what information reaches us, what we do with it, and what your rights are.
What information we collect
- Only what you send us. When you fill out the contact form, the form does not store anything on the site. It opens a WhatsApp message with the name, phone number and message you wrote, and the message is sent only if you tap "Send" in WhatsApp. The same applies when you email or call us.
- Basic technical hosting data. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web server, records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and access time) to operate and secure the site.
- Site usage measurement, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4, a Google service, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The tool loads only if you clicked "Accept" in the cookie notice. Details in the next section.
Cookies and Google Analytics
- What is measured. Which pages you viewed, approximate location (at country or city level), device and browser type, and how you reached the site (for example, from a Google search or a link). We see aggregated data and do not identify you personally.
- Cookies and data transfer. Google Analytics uses cookies in your browser, and the information is sent to Google and may be processed on its servers, including outside Israel. Google's use of the information is also subject to its own privacy policy.
- Only with your consent. Until you consent, the tool does not load at all. Declining is exactly as easy as accepting, and the site works the same even if you declined.
- Changing or withdrawing consent. At any time you can click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page and change your choice, or delete the browsing data (cookies) in your browser.
- How long the data is kept. Measurement data is kept by Google according to the retention settings we set in our Analytics account.
- No advertising cookies. We currently do not use advertising cookies or ad network pixels. If we add any, we will update this page first.
Why we use the information
To get back to you, schedule an intro call, prepare a price estimate, and provide service if you become a customer. We will not send you marketing mail without your consent.
Who sees the information
Only us. Messages you send pass through the services you chose (WhatsApp, your email and our email provider) and are also subject to their terms. We do not sell, rent or transfer your details to anyone for marketing purposes. We will disclose information only if the law requires us to.
How long we keep the information
We will keep the details as long as they are needed to stay in touch with you and provide service, or as long as the law requires us to. You can ask us at any time to delete them, and we will do so unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.
Your rights
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, you are entitled to review the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. Just write to us at info@myhomeai.co.il.
And what about privacy in the smart home?
In the systems we install, the AI features (such as person detection on cameras or cry detection) run locally on a small computer inside your home.
The system runs locally in your home and keeps working at all times, as long as your router is on and broadcasting WiFi. The physical wall switch always keeps working, even if something happens to the controller, so your lighting always stays on. Phone notifications and remote access to your home from outside require a working internet connection. We take care of this service as part of a monthly fee.
